Submission Guidelines
You are invited to submit a 1-page abstract before the deadline of 15 January 2026.
While preparing your abstract, please use the mandatory template, which can be downloaded here (Please do not submit PDF files).
Please read the following information carefully before submitting your abstract.
- Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website by completing the submission form under the submenu [Submit Abstract].
- Abstracts must be submitted in English and in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Abstracts must be limited to 1 page and use the required template with the default page size, fonts, line spacing, and margins.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by committee members and selected for oral or poster presentation based on merit.
- Please choose the topic most related to your abstract. However, the committee reserves the right to assign the final topic after abstract selection.
- Authors may submit unlimited abstracts, but each speaker may give up to two presentations (oral or poster).
- Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by February, 2026.
- Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program only after registration and payment have been confirmed.
- All abstracts will be compiled and included in a conference report published by MDPI.
- No full paper is required. Authors are encouraged to submit their work to a Special Issue in Aerospace.
- The conference organizers disclaim all responsibility for any conflicts of interest arising from submissions.
